Yoga Holiday at Quinta Mimosa Resort, Algarve, Portugal.

Beginners/General level week. With Steve Lamont and Andrew Hall (both Intermediate 3 level Iyengar teachers). Our seventh annual holiday. Fully equipped Iyengar yoga studio set in landscaped grounds, accommodation on site, swimming pools, 5 minutes from the coast. Two classes a day with lunch and tuition inclusive.

Workshops open to those who have at least 3 months regular attendance in our beginners classes. The 2.5 hour session will explore resting postures in greater detail than is possible in the beginners classes. Bookable in advance.
Cost £12.00.

10th April 2009, 10.00-4.00pm to 13th April 2009 10.00-1.00pm Easter Intensive (Iyengar yoga institute Birmingham)

Intensive focusing on strong practice. Taking you from the elementary poses to the more advanced ones. The course will include 7 classes, light lunches included, question and answer session and film shows. The course is open to all levels excluding newcomers to Iyengar yoga.
