St Albans classes are held at the Fleetville community centre,
Royal Road (opposite Morrisons Supermarket on Hatfield Road) The cost
of 10 classes is £65. This pre-booking can be started at any time. You
will not have to take the 10 classes consecutively provided you take all 10 classes within a
14-week period. The drop-in rate is £8.00 per class.

Birmingham classes.
All necessary yoga equipment is provided (including mats). It is
best to practice yoga on an empty stomach. If at all possible leave
3-4 hours after eating a main meal or 2 hours after a light snack.
Wear clothes that do not restrict your movement. Most people wear
shorts or leggings and a T-shirt. Yoga is practised in bare feet. If
it is your first class please attend 5-10 minutes before as any
medical/remedial/injury issues need to be noted.
