TESTIMONIALS

My stress levels on a Thursday night have usually reached breaking point, but after an hour and a quarter of yoga I feel like a different person: I'm relaxed, I stand up straight, I'm aware of my posture, and the little things that would have stressed me out earlier in the day don't even figure on my radar."
Helen Lyman Smith

Iyengar yoga frees me from relying on chiropractors and physiotherapists. Now I can look after myself rather than relying on others to fix me.
